TollingBells is a mod at the streams and is the resident *EXPUNGED* fan. Being friendly to everyone isnt that far from tolling.
Not much is known about tolling's appearance but she apparently wears "giant nerdy glasses" to see and has a hand nacho cheese cannon to shoot people with, especially charmy, who created said hand cannon, when she says "honk" at points. She also has a modified t shirt cannon.
